USA Home Scout provides an independent referral and telephone dispatch connection service. USA Home Scout does not directly provide contracting, mechanical, plumbing, construction, roofing, garage door repair, sanitation rental, or moving transportation services. Our role is strictly limited to connecting consumers via telephone with independent third-party service providers and local contractors.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All home service professionals, technicians, haulers, and movers in our referral network are independent businesses. USA Home Scout does not warrant, endorse, or guarantee the workmanship, licensing status, or pricing of any independent contractor. Each consumer is advised to independently confirm licensing, permits, and insurance coverage prior to contracting.
3. Third-Party Trademarks & Brands
USA Home Scout operates as an independent telephone referral directory. Any third-party brand names or equipment manufacturer trademarks mentioned on our site are the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders. Mention of these trademarks is for descriptive reference purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or direct commercial affiliation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USA Home Scout, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our referral service or any work performed by independent third-party providers.
